Think That You Can!


“I can’t.”  Those words break my heart, especially when they are coming out of my own mouth.  Of course, I can.  Of course you can.  But “I can’t” comes out.  Maybe you do not want to.  Maybe you don’t know how to.  Maybe you morally object to it.  But technically you probably can do lots of things that come out as…” I can’t.”   Just like with any bad habit, become aware of it and you can cut down on it. I’ve been catching myself left and right, especially when I get frustrated.  You can. I can.  Let’s ditch “can’t” for more actually descriptive words that help us either walk toward or away people, places & things with clarity!  xoxo Dana
