I realized that I need about 3X the consistent energy to get all the creative stuff done that I am into, have a lot of fun (!) in my downtime and sleep well. Green tea is my energy go-to, but too much tea and sleep becomes a project. That’s why the green drinks have been making their way into my life & making a giant difference
Not only is my hair growing faster, my skin is brighter & my nails are stronger, I sleep better, I feel more consistently nourished and I am actually focusing better than ever before without “effort”.
This easy green drink is very drinkable and very sweet, which is my “thing” : 2 bananas, a handful of kale (I used the organic Tuscan kale from Trader Joe’s, its very useful) and 3 dates (mine are Medjool dates, also from TJ’s). A handful of ice and about two cups of water = perfection!
& yes, that’s a copy of the e-book in process. (I am…thrilled!!!) Proof that not all messes are bad feng shui! Use creative mess – post-its, pin boards, giant tables- to your advantage to organize your thoughts and spark new ideas!
(Simple Green Smoothies: awesome!)
By the way, I am joining the free Simple Green Smoothies 30-Day challenge in April, so testing out what I like to whip up in advance of drinking them every single day for 30 days. One trick I know from my raw friends is to mix up the greens and even skip greens in the smoothie and dump in a wheat grass shot occasionally. There’s power in numbers, so join me?!?! xoxo Dana
I like smoothies, instead to put water i used coconut water! Best organic coconot water.
Mmmmmm!!
