This super-quick green smoothie is creamy and a perfect end-of-week, ripe fruit treat.
Banana Avocado Breakfast Smoothie
- 4 soft dates
- a handful of kale or other raw, organic greens
- two small ripe bananas (or one large)
- a ripe medium avocado (or half a large)
- 2 cups of water
- a bit of ice
Blend in a powerful blender for 45 seconds to a minute…or use softer greens like spinach in your average blender….until creamy and smooth. Don’t over-mix or it will whip into cream. If its too dense, add more water and blend for a second.
