Why Not Take The Road Less Traveled?

Robert Frost said it best.  Taking the road less traveled “had made all the difference.”

Here’s the wild thing: all the roads now are very new.

With our great big global world of possibility, finally those who travel the offbeat, self-made path are being rewarded in droves.

There is no one right way. And its hard to learn from copying other people’s actions, no matter what some people say about modeling life based on other people. You are you. Your way is your own.

My godmother wrote me a very poignant statement to end a letter she never mailed me.  I found it in a box of her things last night. She was about 90 at the time.  She documented all her thoughts and feelings. She also wrote… a lot… to me.

“Remember that you are the only one who knows what is best for you.”

So, today I can echo those words to all of you.

Even if an expert is telling you its right, when it feels wrong, it is wrong.

Why not take your own road less travelled?

Ultimately, the more you trust how you feel, the more integrity you will have, the more confident you will be, and, chances are, the better that things will work out! xoxo Dana
