I am not one for quick fixes, but I am a lover of the many ways to get unscrambled, un-stuck and find more focus in a day. I’m betting you are, too… if they work! Today I want to share a super-quick energy exercise to get focused… in a few seconds. I’ve been testing it out for a while now. Friends, family… everyone is having ah-ha! moments. Perhaps today you will, too?!
Lately, I have been diving into homeopathy to do some mental and emotional feng shui. The old habits we have sort of keep us in place. That’s what habits are designed to do after all… create order and structure.
If your order and structure fly out the widow in a flood of emails, work craziness, errands gone amock, a ton of worry over things you can’t control or just a hefty dose of self-not-niceness, some new habits may be in order. That can be done. Some take time. Nothing is created in a day so it usually doesn’t dissolve in a day.
That doesn’t mean you can’t support yourself through the fray and make the obstacles of a day much lighter and easier to manage.
That’s why I love Energy Medicine so much. It is somewhat mysterious, but it cracks things open that seem hard to crack: it aligns energy you can’t see or identify in words. Here is my favorite few-second exercise….
