This Instagrammed snapshot doesn’t do justice to the awesomeness of my video director & editor’s talents… but it highlights a very important point: in clearing out his house he found $453.00 in change just hiding, sprinkled all over the place!!!!

If you are looking to make more money, you may need more space.

You may find money AS you clear that space. 

If you are looking for more energy, you may need more space.

You are likely to have more energy AS you clear that space. 

If you are looking for more of anything you need— from vitality to peace of mind— you may need more space.

I bet you do!!!

Anything you need or want requires space.

What does that mean?

If you want a new opportunity, a new love, a new fitness routine, a new way to invest money…  you have to have a place to fit it in your life.  It’s the exact same thing as needing room for a new sofa. If you don’t have the space, something has to change!

That something you need is clear space!!! 

I have wished to have a mountain of big opportunities for years.  I’ve been blessed with lots of opportunities, but we all want to spread our message as far and wide as possible.  And when the tidal wave of bigger opportunities came… I was stressed!

Why?

I had no space in my schedule for these things. I didn’t account for human hours. I didn’t think about travel time, time to prepare… I really didn’t think about it.

My life went like this: I would wish and work for a bunch of opportnuities to come my way, I’d barely finished a few impossible deadlines and  then I’d started wishing for downtime.

And all the cool stuff stopped coming for a while, after a wave of greatness.  Over and again, boom and bust.

That’s when the lightbulb went off in my head: I need the space in my life to expand or I would always sabotage my own success!!!

Are you doing this subtle form of sabotage now?!

Now, I have become accustomed to finding space for the things that matter.

I had to change my own: eating habits, sleeping schedule, organization, creative process, ideas, emotional patterns.

I had to create SPACE.

You can do exactly the same.

Let’s do a little visualization:

Think of your absolute dream life.

• In that life, where do you live?
• Who pays your bills?
• How many hours do you work?
• Do you have time to exercise, meditate, see your friends?
• What does it look like as you do the things you dream of doing, and do it all at the level of commitment and presence that you dream of doing them?
• Who cleans your house?
• Where do you park your car, or how do you get around?
• What happens when you travel?
• Do you have kids? And if you do… how much time do you spend with them?

There are all sorts of pieces to a dream life— real life pieces.

They all require… SPACE.  Organization. Clear thinking. Energy.

This is not a fantasy. Every dream life I have seen, lived and helped to design has real-world issues that each require space, organization, clear thinking and energy.

The exercise alone is incredibly powerful. It puts you squarely in the center of what it takes to get to where you want to go.  It helps you to imagine more clearly what it will take to get to the next steps in anything you want to do.

It can move you to create more clear space!
