Given the fact that I woke up and literally jogged with the dogs to the corner to get the best English Breakfast tea ever, and I tend to live on green tea like it’s going out of style, today seemed a great day to kick off with two things:
1. A big introduction to one of my personal favorite blogs, Hello Natural, if you haven’t seen it yet! This is such a storehouse of glorious information and ideas and imagery… and my favorites: the DETOX posts to get your life re-set whenever you need a fresh start!
2. This glorious list of teas… which is explained far more fully HERE, though it’s the perfect visual to get you thinking in an expanded way about herb & plant power!!!

(*tips: for sleep blends of tea, have them late in the afternoon to wind down, rather than 11 or 12 (or later) at night if you can, and it’s typically best to avoid caffeine in the late afternoon or later!)
