We all need lots of breaks, but we don’t seamlessly find them in every day. Sometimes we have to take the initiative to stop what we’re doing when it’s overwhelming and dive into nothingness. Baths. Daydreaming. Small things. Quiet. When you’re too wound up to even feel the quiet as comforting, you might find a lot of love and care from de-cluttering, unwinding messes and even cleaning your house.
