Why not now?
There are some things I understand it’s best to be ready for if you are planning to actively seek them out.
But, sometimes they happen whether or not you feel you’re ready… and if you’ve always wanted that thing— like a big love relationship– you are likely to rise up to the occasion!
That said, many people (myself at one point, completely) have said how much they want something but… it’s not the right time.

If you’ve questioned your readiness for things you want (and possibly need) and, yet, you haven’t been able to sort out how to “get ready” for all those opportunities and all that abundance, these ideas may help you get started!
Organize your home.
If you want to make anything new happen, a new level of organization will help you to bring it to life. Even if you’re really organized, any time you expand your life there are new skill sets and new things to learn and do to stay on top of things.
Organization gives you a solid foundation!
Organizing with Feng Shui gives you a solid and supercharged foundation! There are thousands of posts on this blog to inspire you to start Feng Shui, and tons on the YouTube channel.
Start learning.
Often all we need is a little bit of information to move from “I want to do this” to, “Ohhhh, I CAN do this and I will do it right now!”
I had no idea, for instance, how easy it was to learn to edit videos on the Final Cut program until my editor was unavailable, I had a deadline and, within a few hours of research, I figured it out. I’m still learning so many things, but, that bit of knowledge helped me to get the job done!
Enlist a coach of some sort, someone who adds extra insight and accountability.
You don’t need to hire a coach, necessarily, but if you need specialized help, it may be the best investment. I was quite surprised to learn that every one of my friends who I thought “figured it all out” on their own actually worked with a coach, and some had multiple coaches to keep advancing in their lives!
I have friends who are “coaches” and we coach each other when needed, which is often! Whatever and whoever helps you to recognize obstacles as opportunities is someone I’d recommend!
Practice a new way– in action.
You can know all the theory in the world and have no ideas about how it works out in real life. Ideas are fantastic, but they are as valuable to your daily life as they bring you power!
Try not to get too theoretical and heady about “what is/was holding you back” if you’re stuck, and, instead, see if you can discover this as you’re in action and well on your way to total freedom!
Go the extra mile– and be all-in!
I’m a hue fan of IMMERSION. It’s the way I make the biggest changes. All-day-long, all-the-time, fully-immersed, totally committed.
If I’m not willing to commit to something that requires a level of commitment, I look deeper.
Is this for me? Is this worthwhile? Is this aligned with my values?
The answers don’t always come instantly but I really dive deep to feel this with inner certainty.
If it’s not: I move on.
If it is: I commit and go all-in.
That feeling of “absolutely committed” has done wonders for my former wishy-washy life. I never wanted to commit too much because, well, all the eggs might be in one basket and then… what would happen if… what would…
Nothing, I learned quickly, would happen at the level I craved to create without my absolute YES!
While you still may decide you’re just not ready quite yet for those dreams you’re wanting to manifest, you can get ready.
Organized, clear, focused, engaged, excited…!
It’s the energy that builds empires of all kinds. And, it all starts with a decision you can make right now!
xoxo!!!

Awwww thank you!!!!!
I agree Dana – when I started my first business way back in 2006 I was completely naive and unprepared for what I was signing up for. But now, 13 years later and after selling two businesses and now owning three, it was the best thing I have ever done.
Taking a leap of faith and backing myself – despite the setbacks and the challenges – taught me so much about myself and who I am. So yes, move forward and trust your intuition and focus of what you want. Life is so short and those opportunities to evolve and shift don’t come as often as we get older…
