Happy & Healthy.  Ease and rejuvenation.  The start of great love and the cleansing of redemption. There is no question that my Instagram is growing heavy with happy, healthy omens of Spring.  

Reverend Nomura at the Nichiren Shoshu Temple saved a bird who was being attacked by a hawk.  Little birdie is growing his wings while living in the hands of a Buddhist priest.

Good fortune shines from the happy Chinese baby calendar at the nail salon on Fairfax.

Of course, I can’t get over the pair of ducks that landed in my pool not long ago, right in the middle of Hollywood, and just started swimming.  A very big portent of love, indeed.

The health food Mecca known as Erewhon in Hollywood has a new detox juice section packaged in gorgeous glass that has given me personal juice inspiration.  For instance… they make their “detox lemonade” with lemon, cayenne, turmeric  and honey.  Tumeric is a nice touch.  So is adding coconut creme to juices like carrot and orange!
