Here is today’s small but huge life designing tip of the day: stretch before bed & first thing in the morning. A few minutes of stretching in the morning and at night actually increases your wood energy and will make you both more physically flexible and more mentally flexible. Go crazy and do formal yoga (even better) or informal yoga at home if you’d like (THIS video from Tara Stiles is amazing!) or just start with stretching and work up to some yoga… but start now! Stretching will help you to grow!
