Ask Yourself This Very Important Question…

What would YOU attempt to do if you knew you could not fail? I have five big things on my own list of things I would attempt if I knew I would not fail: publish the first fiction novel I wrote, start a charity foundation, get a PhD in Art History, run for public office, edit a  magazine. I’m fairly certain that I will attempt each of these in the near and far future.  After all, just about everything I am doing right now in my life I once was hesitant to attempt because I could see more failure than success in the act of doing.  There’s something to be said for being absolutely unsure of how things will turn out but loving them so much that you are willing to risk looking silly or worse, looking stupid… or worse… totally bombing!

No matter how “positive” you may claim to be, without being able to admit real terror and without taking the risk of potentially screwing up you won’t really challenge yourself much, you know?!

What’s on your list of things you’d do if you were assured success in them? Drop them below!!!  xxoo Dana
