The Union Jack has transcended the resplendent flag of the UK to become a sort of universal design bulls-eye of energy and pride. If you are British, the Union Jack may be some personal feng shui power for you. For anyone, it can be a nod to the international, and rather charming design gold at the same time! 
You can actually get pillows made to resemble any flag, though these are my favorite.
Its a real room-focusing statement.
