Fear is totally a state of mind in my experience. That doesn’t mean its not a real state of mind, or something horrible to navigate if it becomes bigger than your sensibility. If you are operating out of fear and making decisions out of fear, you might want to stop, breathe, shake it out & move forward when you aren’t in fear. The whole idea of “sleeping on it” is a good idea sometimes…I like to “walk on it” or “cook on it” (!) too. What do you do to get clear headed when you are hit with the ick of fear? xoxo Dana
