Lifestyle. It is what you do often, not what you do once in a while. Every once in a while I check in and ask myself: ” Am I living the freestyle I want to live?!”  Are you living the lifestyle you want to live?
Feng shui is all about balance. Your habits and routines either support your balance or throw you off kilter.

We think lifestyle has to do with money or achievement, but that’s just one very small piece of a big pie. Achievement is awesome, but so is your health, your love life, adventure, art, family, friends, spirituality…Life is multi-faceted.  If you only develop in one way, you miss out of lots of  fulfillment.

Here is a quick exercise to help you live the lifestyle you dream about & feel fantastic in the process!

xoxo Dana
