I made this video while I was battling a bad cold… and instead of battling it, I decided to try this 2 minute a day technique and enlist my mind in the help of my own healing. Why not give it a roll?!
Apparently it can be useful if you have bad thoughts triggered doing the day, or you are feeling bad about yourself.
“Every day in every way I am getting better and better.”
Some say, ” Day by day in every way I am getting better and better.”
Either way, saying this 20 times in the morning and 20 at night is the suggestion I was given.
You can, I learned, find this exercise in Jose Silva’s book “Mind Control” (I ‘m not a huge fan of that title!) and you can find it referenced by many people, but it was created by Émile Coué in the early 20th Century.
It helps me to focus and clear mental space on the fly(I no longer have a cold!)…. and I hope you find something valuable in it for you!
