I have to say, this is probably the hardest thing for people like me to do: embracing uncertainty. Not knowing what comes next. Going forward anyway.
Fear is the weirdest thing. Especially when the fears people have are all to do with experiencing joy, love, success…
The idea of coming to love not knowing what comes next is a great big idea, especially if it terrifies you. Practice it in small ways. Trust a little more. Take a bigger risk. Push yourself to practice it in bigger ways. Say yes to bigger adventures. Lean into happiness a lot more.
This can make you so much calmer, so much more free and so much more open to all kinds of love, its amazing.

Dana,
Your posts are always so timely for me. I LOVE getting lost on your website. Right now I am waiting to hear some BIG news and I’m having a really hard time. Things could go one big way or the other. I’m trying to be patient, but it’s so difficult. Thanks for the little pep talk!
