Its been a surreal year. So much growth, change and surprise… So many challenges, so much to accept, so much to celebrate.

Today I’ve pulled together that best of The Tao of Dana from 2014. Its always growing and changing thanks in good part to you and your feedback, interests and needs… so I thank you immensely!!!

EMPATHY is the most important thing in the world to me.  And while people without empathy still infuriate me at times, compassion is where its at.

GRATITUDE continues to be the best way to approach a day.  I think that will never change!

CREATIVITY will make your greatest dreams come true, solving problems, inventing a new paradigm for life.

LOVE and intimacy was a big theme, thanks in part to Sue johnson’s superstar turn at Mind Body Green’s  Revitalize conference.

DETOX baths were huge.  THIS ONE in particular is a mainstay in my home now!

DECOR with natural materials is a classic!

NATURE itself can heal your life.  The science has become abundant!

BEAUTY hits were plentiful as we are all turning away from heavy chemicals in favor of the more natural. Chantal Moore’s natural mascara round-up is a must…! 

CLUTTER clearing took center stage as the Catalyst Camp launched for its first run starting in a few days!!!

FENG SHUI has morphed into Expansive Design!!!  Even though I still gasp a bit when I see people are trying to jump on the bandwagon and crib my words and ideas directly,  its been over a decade of research and doing that has helped me to expand feng shui into something much more grounded and much more gorgeous and much more DIY  and much more science and fun and empowerment. I am pretty sure that this year Expansive Design is going to have a little ™ beside it as it grows… Thanks 100% to you.   And on that note… HERE are 10 ideas to expand your life!
