There’s so much to make every day, I beat my alarm to race to my kitchen to get the best photo light of the morning today.
Being back to the blog to share all I learned in the last year of truly radical expanding and making and exploring feels like a homecoming! This is the dearest part of my life and work and I’m so excited to be re-desiging, re-vamping and really plugging myself back into my soul with all of you again!!!
If you’ve been in a rut of any kind- give yourself a little Mercury Retrograde break from the usual to re-vamp and re-design. Try a new recipe. Make some art. Do a health upgrade. Meditate on new things. There are such simple ways to make a new space, and each one is powerful.
The first of 7 inspired ideas for this Sunday is re-designing your home and lifestyle with simple re-styling, and, of course, a ton of feng shui! It’s my new Mind Body Green design course and you can find it HERE (along with a sneak preview crystal video that is amazing!!!) !
Now for more to get you excited this weekend from my lifestyle-curating friend Dana D…!
I hope everyone had a great week and is refreshed and recharged. It’s been a killer first week of the Cash Camp and I’m having fun redesiging my money life. Here are some interesting articles and art that I picked up this week.
I like these paintings, they’re festive, fun, but relaxing too.
There is more tremendous science linking the brain, the immune system, the environment, and how they affect each other and why we should keep our environment as toxin-free as possible. They’re finding the brain has influence via the lymphatic system over a multitude of diseases.
The brain does have an immune system! (*mindblowing)
And…. HERE is more on this link between your brain and your health. (*ultra mind-blowing)
Well, I think I just added another art project to my to-do list. This Ojos de Dios is gorgeous, and looks meditative to make and have in my home.
Here is an Ayurvedic tea to aid digestion, and you want to know something? It works. I’m drinking some now as I type. At first I found it a little disconcerting to drink a tea with these spices, but it’s nice and calming. My tummy feels good!
Last but not least, Cauliflower Buns (& bagels!) from My New Roots are so incredible.
All the best,
Dana
