Mindfulness, of course, is the quality of being calm and present and flowing with the moment that makes life exponentially more joyful and powerful.

Not only is it gorgeous and glittery like an old-school snow globe, when you shake it and watch as the glitter swirls then settles, you settle down and focus with it!
Grab yourself some great glitter (I’m obsessed with this german glass glitter from Etsy) and get ready to relax! You can keep this on your desk in the office, in your livingroom, even on your mantle or wherever you meditate to imprint your space with your powerful intention to be more present!
How to make a glitter jar can be as easy as glitter, water and some food coloring in water, but to make it cosmic, heres my favorite project:
