If you want to be more radiant and #GlowMoreDaily, your kitchen can be the most beautifying place in your home.  Body Butters that are natural are awesome, and also expensive, with a short shelf life, so you sort of have to use it all fast before it expires.  I use such extreme amounts of lotion and body goodies, DIY is the only way I can keep up with myself, and this Whipped Up Cocoa Coconut Body Butter is a grand favorite with anti-oxidants, incredible skin-fueling emolients and a deep dark and natural chocolate fragrance that you’ll want to— and can— eat!

Whip Up Cocoa Coconut Butter

It’s so easy and ultra luxurious to whip your own body butter…. Plus it’s super-natural & edible & incredibly fantastic! I feel and smell (and dare I say, taste!)  like chocolaty heaven.

To make it: over super low heat melt equal parts coconut oil and cocoa butter (you can do straight coconut oil, too, if it’s already cold and solid)

Cool in refrigerator till almost solid…then add a few drops of essential oil (this one: Rose Geranium)

Whip with a hand mixer (or a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for a big batch!) till its fluffy and whipped and spreadable.

Store in a cool place. I pop in refrigerator and take out while I take a bath… It’s perfect!
