I first came across Mindfulness at a museum in Los Angeles where I worked.  Every Thursday at 10:30 am, the whole city was invited to attend a meditation in the museum’s theater… and it was such an incredible beam of light for everyone.  The staff was more peaceful, the neighborhood looked brighter…

Mindfulness.  It doesn’t take much to sit on a pillow and shut down the noise and check into your breath and yourself.  And it really is almost that easy!

Mindful meditation is even touted by the APA (American Psychological Association) to increase focus, reduce stress, boost memory, improve relationships and enhances overall wellbeing!
